He was always happy to answer questions in a thoughtful manner and ultimately guided us to the home that we ended up purchasing, after listening to our feedback at other properties and understanding what we aspired to attain. Throughout the settlement process, Jon has been very proactive, reasonable and professional and the experience we have benefited from has surpassed our expectations, given that along the inspection journey not all of the agents we encountered were optimal.
