Genuine warmth and interest

Jon worked with our principal agent, Kathy Komar, in selling our house. What stood out for me is that Jon came across as genuinely interested in us and our welfare, and thus appreciated the toll it took getting the place ready and doing multiple open days each week. He was responsive to our enquiries and provided answers and feedback that were empathetic and well informed. That really helped as we came to better appreciate the state of the market and needed to adjust our expectations about the price. Similarly, as we proceeded through the campaign and better understood the pool of interested buyers, we felt we got good advice about understanding that the buyers were appreciating and what it might mean to them with respect to the kind of offers we might expect and when. We ultimately sold more quickly than many houses in our suburb of late, and at a price that was as good as we could reasonably expect. It surpassed the minimum we'd set ourselves by a healthy amount so we're very pleased, and relieved, with the outcome.
