We initially rang about another property we had seen advertised, however, as it had sold Jon suggested we look at another. The second property was just what we were looking for an in fact, suited us much better than the first property. Our house had been damaged by the tenants that we in there at the time, as we live 3 hours away, he helped with builders and repairs so that we didn't have to worry about trying to get there ourselves to get things right for sale preparations, any problems that arose he always kept us up to date.
