Jon was an excellent agent to deal with. Jon was proactive, knowledgable and very fair. He went the extra mile to make sure I could view the property at the times requested and he communicated very clearly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Jon.
We had the pleasure of working with Jon on a slightly complex sale. Jon was attentive, available and got a result that exceeded our expectations. We can not recommend Jon highly enough.
Jon has made my transaction process seamless to say the least! Given the fact I am a First Home Buyer there is no denying a few curve-balls were thrown at Jon from the get go. (In this circumstance, many outside the usual norm). Nevertheless, through his patient demeanour he endured numerous tests whilst simplifying the whole process.., enabling both ends to meet resulting in very satisfied clientele. I have the utmost trust in Jon and his team, especially their market knowledge and duty of care towards their clients. I hope to continue our fabulous relationship throughout the years and would highly recommend Jon to anyone seeking advice real estate or otherwise!
From the first time I met Jon at an open house for a neighbour, I was impressed with his manner and professionalism. He was the first person I thought of when I had to sell my mother's house on her behalf and I'm very glad I engaged him. He is straightforward, responsive and best of all, good at his job. His knowledge of the market is impressive and his predicted sale price was spot on. If you are looking for an experienced agent who will provide you with excellent service, get the best price for your property and be a pleasure to work with, then Jon is your man.
Jon was transparent and professional in his dealings with us. Jon was always contactable and responsive to any of our requests. He was a lot more personable compared to other agents that we had dealt with. I would definitely consider Jon if I were to sell my property in the future.
Knowledgeable, responsive, available, helpful and as transparent as possible. No aggressive sales tactics.
A delightful experience, couldn’t be happier with the result. Managed with confidence, efficiency and candour. Highly recommended to anyone looking to sell in Cremorne.
Having dealt with him on both the seller and buyer sides, it is evident that Jon has always went out of his way to do what’s best for his clients. His sales techniques reflects on his experience and knowledge dealing with this highly competitive local area. His transparent and organised approach is much appreciated and valued in today’s world of overembellishments. Thank you Jon and your team for working tirelessly to achieve the best results for our property. Highly recommended!
Very enthusiastic and engaging. Simply the best. Explains everything clearly. Sets realistic expectations, then strives to exceed them. Reminds me of John Oliver.
Jon was amazing to deal with and guided me throughout the whole process. It took away so much stress dealing with someone calm, efficient and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend Jon to anyone sell their home.
I was thoroughly impressed with Jon's approach to the sale of my apartment from the beginning of our first meeting. Jon clearly has an in-depth knowledge of his locality, demographics, price-points and what buyers are looking for. He displays a high level of professionalism, a great deal of enthusiasm, a keen desire to work with both vendor and purchaser, and above all, I found him honest. I was very, very impressed with the outcome, both from the price achieved and the time in which the sale was transacted. I would recommend Jon to either anyone thinking of selling.
In every way I think Jon was an exceptional real estate agent. On first meeting he presented as being warm, informative and extremely helpful. He was always contactable in quick responses to any text or email. In my opinion his over ridding quality was one of reassuring that he would find the perfect property for us - as to which he did! And we are extremely happy.
