He went above and beyond in assisting us in the years leading up to the sale with advice on renovation work and landscaping, then he coordinated every detail of the sale of our house, from managing the pre-sale renovations (new carpets, paint, cleaning, gardening, stylists etc), supervising the print work, liaising with our house sitters throughout the campaign and keeping us fully informed at every step of the way. From the very first open home Jon was a friendly and helpful agent. Purchasing a property can be a stressful time and Jon helped a great deal by replying to our queries quickly. We wanted to inspect our home a few times before and after purchase and Jon was always more than happy to let us in to take photos, show family and overall just check we were happy with our purchase. A lovely man who always made you feel as though any request or query wasn't to much.
