Jon Snead provided auntie Shirley with outstanding service and advice to us in the sale of her apartment. We were particularly impressed by his professionalism as he worked through the process in a relaxed manner. He welcomed us to join in the journey with Shirley, and this relieved a great deal of pressure and anxiety. Jon also welcomed input and questions from us, and was honest and frank when it came to expectations in relation to selling price, which meant there were no surprises or disappointments on the day of the auction.
