He had to attend the apartment building to arrange access to the apartment and to pick up keys/swipe passes for access. We ended up having 5 or 6 offers on the property and this was approx within 3 to 4 weeks of listing the property. Jon's communication with us was excellent, he phoned/emailed us all through the selling period and even when the offer was accepted he was regularly giving us updates on what was happening and what was required from us. The sale of the property went through without any hiccups.
