We were left with a house with sellers possessions 18 days post settlement ( which we had to clear out and challenge for our refund of skip bins ) . Jon backed away from the situation 4 days post settlement and refused to answer any emails or calls . Final inspection we found a GAS leak and where told we can organise that to be fixed not the sellers . He didn’t provide us with with addition paperwork(Annexure) for the property and then said we had to ask for it . All conditions of offer put forward where never added to the contract . Found Jon very unprofessional , once paid walked away from a disaster of a situation . Unfortunately an unpleasant situation for us as first home buyers , but at least the house is what we wanted .

As buyers, we found Jon to be excellent to deal with. He's trustworthy, friendly, reply's promptly and extremely helpful in general. We will definitely use Jon to sell our house if there ever comes a time and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.
