We were looking at downsizing to something smaller and were thinking about who we could trust to sell our house. Jonah listed our house on the internet on the Wednesday and personally delivered flyers to homes in the surrounding area together with suit and tie in this unbearable heat (no outsourcing for Jonah). We had an open day on the Saturday with a offer on that day, followed buy more on Sunday. He then guided us through the negotiations to a signed contract on Monday at a price and terms we were extremely satisfied with.
