Did the best that could be done bearing in mind interest rates, government policies. And of course that I had not painted or recarpeted where it was necessary due to age and circumstances. And of course the market had changed over last 6 months adversely for sellers. But the team continued to do what had to be done and did the job. The house had charm but would need to be remodelled to meet 2020 types. It was unique and had to find buyers who could see the potential.
