We contacted Jonathan for an appraisal as we were looking for a bigger block. We had purchased the house originally from him. He kept us informed of what was coming on the market through his VIP email each week till we were ready to list our property. After deciding to move interstate we put a deposit on some land and called Jonathan to list the property. We signed on a Monday had a VIP opening on the Saturday and got 2 offers. We were surprised at how quick our house sold and how quick they negotiated the sale. We received more than we were expecting and were extremely happy with the service provided.
Jonathan was very thorough in justifying how he valued my home. Other agents came through and said a price. Jonathan came with sales history for my area, we compared the properties and I could see what price mine should be listed at. Rather than have a open house, Jonathan organises VIP open house (invite only). 7 real buyers came through and from there the house was sold. I had heard people say that their house was sold in 1 day, but I never believed it. But Jonathan sold my house in 1 day at the right price. I would certainly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking get the right result.

When first speaking to Jonathon on the telephone he provided a price he thought we may obtain. With other properties we have sold in the past when you actually come to sign the price is lower. When we met with Jonathon the first thing he said is I have made a mistake with the price. My husband thought "Here we go Again".
