Johnathan's estimate of the selling price range was very accurate but he decided to up the ante a little and subsequently increased the price. Unfortunately there were very few prospective buyers at this price so, after consultation with himself and ourselves it was decided to lower the price by a reasonable margin and to be forceful with the new 'blurb'. Having already committed to the purchase of another property, the thinking was for 'sell' to be the prime consideration. At the new price more prospective buyers came on board and eventually a deal was struck which was the outcome we were hoping for. We had advised Johnathan in the earlier stages to find us a client who would have no issues regarding finance and he duly did. So all in all he did a great job for us and we thank him for his efforts.
