This was a high priority to me as you want people to feel welcomed in to your home and comfortable to look around when they are viewing your property. The communication channels were always open and Jonathan kept me well informed on the open homes, offers coming in and the negotiation process. We had many offers on our particular property but I never felt pressured by Jonathan to accept a lower price to simply close the sale. This has certainly not been my experience with other agents in the past.
