Whilst it is easy to be swayed by commission levels and the sale figure agents tell you they can achieve, I feel it is important to look beyond this. In my opinion of equal importance should be the raport you have with your agent, you may be working with this person for months to come should your house take some time to sell. I found Jonathan very open and friendly, to us as the sellers but also to the buyers. This was a high priority to me as you want people to feel welcomed in to your home and comfortable to look around when they are viewing your property.
