Jonathan is very excellent. he is prudent and diligent. he has great knowledge about the market and his advice is really really helpful. I know little thing about how to sell a property, he organized all the things for me, such as: staging, repairing, mowing, even cleaning. I did really save hands from all these matters. He knows who is the target and where to spend the money. His advertising strategy is very successful, on the date of auction, there were more than 50 people onsite.
