As mentioned in my title, I can't say Jonathan is the best one in real estate industry, because there are so many agents that I haven't met. But I would say he is definitely one of the top agents in Southern suburbs of Brisbane. He has very deep knowledge about local markets, he's passionate about what he's doing, always strive for excellence. He has strong negotiation skills. I mean he just knows how to deal with people, and he's capable of achieving optimal results for both sellers and buyers, in the end making everyone happy. In our case, as a first time home buyer, we basically had very few knowledge about buying a property, Jonathan went beyond his responsibilities and provided us with lots of valuable advice and suggestions. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to my friends. As a matter of fact, I think the whole team of Place Sunnybank is great, they have strong team spirit and that's the way I like it.
