And then came the time when he had found people who wanted to buy my house. I found his handling of this to be impeccable, he took the time to get the buyers to as close as possible to what I wanted. I was happy with the final price and even tho I had told Jonathan I had found a house I wanted to buy, he still continued on negotiating until the Buyers achieved a price and a contract that both I and the Buyers were happy with. He made the sales process very easy, recommended an excellent Solicitor, Rostron Carlyle lawyers (upon my request if he knew of anyone) and the Conveyancing was done efficiently, carefully and very well by them. I also asked recommendation for a cleaner for final clean and he recommended a great cleaner also. I was very happy I chose Jonathan to market and sell my house, he was great.
