Jonathan is well informed about property in Mt Eliza. He suggested who was likely to purchase and commented on what might appeal to that buyer. I worked on that advice over about 4 years. Other agents came at different times to offer valuations. All were good. But Jonathan stood out because I felt above all his interest was to get the best result for us. The first inspection was all it took. He got 2 offers and sold it in 4 days.
