Jonathan was great. Took care of everything from the property staging/styling; marketing; website articles etc. I didn't really have to do anything or think about anything. He was always 5 steps ahead of me. I was probably one of those really annoying clients that kept texting and leaving voice mails for him all the time. But he never sounded annoyed, which is great when you as an owner, are just innately stressed about selling your property. He took a lot of the stress out of the entire process. He really earnt his money during the negotiation phase of the sale. Doing everything he could to get those last few dollars out of a potential buyer. Really happy. Will use him again in the future.

To say Jonathan went the extra mile for us would be a gross understatement. In fact, he went many literal extra miles for us! We inspected the property on a Saturday afternoon, made an offer and by 8pm that night he was driving out to far west Sydney to exchange contracts with the vendor! Quite incredible. Since that time, he's taken a positive approach to everything we've asked through the purchase process, even meeting us at late notice on a Sunday to let us show the property to a family member.
