Having to deal with previous subsidence issues, presentability issues due to occupancy from tenants, very basic fixtures & fittings, lack of street appeal, this was always going to be a challenge. Throughout the process Jonathan remained cool, calm and collected and maintained a steady line of communication with me throughout. He used several marketing strategies to find the right buyer and persevered through difficult moments, keeping a positive mindset during the whole process ultimately achieving a very pleasing outcome. Selecting a Real Estate Agent when it comes to Purchasing a home is difficult, generally it is the home that you are interested in that leads you to the agent.
