Who said you can’t negotiate these days. Looked at the pictures online & went to the open home. Had an idea of what o was willing to pay for the house. I don’t believe in lowballing offers but he said to write it down anyway & we will see where it goes from there. Settled for a little over my first offer & couldn’t be happier. Bank had no issue with the valuation. He was great when I sold my house in 2020, and now buying through him was just as pleasurable. Well done mate.
