Talk about restoring our faith in real estate agents!

After 3 months on the market with another agent we were seriously debating our future decisions and considering giving up our dream build. That is until Ellie came knocking at our door to enquire why we were still on the market after so long. We made the decision to switch to Jonathan and Ellie straight away and found the entire experience a complete 180 to what we had experienced with our prior agent. They gained our trust and confidence from the start and exceeded our expectations in terms of their service delivery by providing regular updates throughout the day and keeping us informed at every milestone. We ended up accepting an offer after 2 days on the market following a private inspection, even after this everything has been smooth sailing and we have been made to feel at ease.
