Jonathan displayed initiative when searching for a property for us. He demonstrated good communication skills by keeping us informed of what was available. This continued once a property was found, regular updates were provided and any questions or concerns were always addressed promptly. He was available outside of hours to meet our needs.

Jonathon is very passionate about his job. He is professional and efficient, he has good business acumen and provides great advice, makes the client feel good about the engagement, their property etc., but he also sets the realistic view with the client so both parties are aligned all times. in addition, he saves us a lot time for going back and forth which is important in the busy life we are in.

In my dealings with Jonathon during my recent purchase of a unit at Mount Coolum, I found him friendly, helpful and professional. Whilst he was acting for the vendor, I had confidence that his communications with me were credible, open and fair. He kept in touch throughout the two month process and handled my queries promptly. Our property was in the market for few weeks and appeared that we were not going to get any reasonable offers for sometime. At the end he managed to get two prospective buyers.
