Jonathon is very passionate about his job. He is professional and efficient, he has good business acumen and provides great advice, makes the client feel good about the engagement, their property etc., but he also sets the realistic view with the client so both parties are aligned all times. in addition, he saves us a lot time for going back and forth which is important in the busy life we are in.

Our property was in the market for few weeks and appeared that we were not going to get any reasonable offers for sometime. At the end he managed to get two prospective buyers. Their initial offers were considered and Jonathan managed to get a reasonably higher offer than the initial, after some negotiations.
