We had a fairly good experience with Jonathon. House sold quickly and for more than we expected. Communication was really good and he seemed to interact with the buyers very well. Only bad thing was that it was supposed to go to auction and sold after the first open which is great but unfortunately we paid the $575 auction fee up front which we got told should be either fully refundable or at least a large portion of it refundable as it sold so early and asked a couple of times and got told it was getting chased up but never heard more of it or received any money back. Apart from that everything else ran pretty smoothly and was stress free and as first time sellers it seemed to be pretty easy on our end which is exactly what we wanted.
