I decided to visit a few open homes in the area. From the moment I met the APG team at an open home a few streets away I felt we made a connection. They invited my husband & I to a social event at the local Golf Club sponsored by APG that would help us meet other sellers. We reached out to Leanne & Jonathon for a chat about the market and our options, they arrived early to our appointment, dressed professionally & well prepared. We sat in our dining room and discussed different ideas. They asked lots of questions to understand what we were wanting. Once they felt they understood our expectations & wishes they provided some great suggestions of what little bits a pieces needed to be finished before it was ready to advertise and what we could expect with the rapidly changing market. Leanne & Jonathon were efficient and friendly and always gave feedback within a couple of days. We had a couple of serious offers and Leanne & Jonathon helped us navigate through the contract agreements right through to settlement. Leanne & Jonathon work well together, it’s rare to find a duo with qualities that compliment like theirs do. They have a great balance of laughs/banter, and getting down to business. They certainly went above and beyond, even as far as a personal message from Jonathon after the sale to help pack/move because he knew I was in my final trimester. A lovely written reference from Jonathon enabled us to obtain temporary accommodation quickly and everything was finalized before baby arrived! Although we met Leanne & Jonathon through property, we feel that not only were they great agents for us, but they also became great friends & neighbours.
