When we were looking for an agent to sell our house we looked around the local Suburbs to see who was selling houses and who wasn't. Jonathan and Leanne from La Vie Property Sales were the only agents who consistently had sold signs going up and listing houses week in and week out. Our first meeting with Jonathan and Leanne was impressive. They already had the portfolio of our house, where it would fit in the market and who we would sell our house to. After inspecting our house they formulated a marketing plan and were able to advise us on marketing tips we could do for the house to prepare it for sale. During the marketing phase Johnathan recommended that we add social media to enhance the local marketing for buyers who were in the area, this was a very powerful tool in raising awareness to our house. The video package was of a very high standard, and is an actual walk through video with excellent editing, narration and high definition video (not a still frame slideshow that other agents use). The first home open we had 20 groups through, (not 20 people but 20 groups). These were from Jonathan's extensive buyers network and effective marketing plan. From this first home open we had 3 offers and we accepted that afternoon. Jonathan and Leanne are a genuine team who are available at any time, even late at night when we've needed advice. Their advice was spot on with what we needed to do and how to go about it. I would definitely use them again.

Jonathon (and his assistant, Leanne) were very helpful in assisting my family and I to find the right property in the greater Springfield area. Whilst that might sound like an obvious statement for any agent, they weren't pushy and genuinely interested in helping to match our requirements with what was on the market. Once we had finalised an offer on a property the service didn't end there, and Jonathon ensured any outstanding queries or items that came up after purchase were followed up. Whilst we purchased through Jonathon, I would imagine the service was similar from a seller's perspective, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Jonathon for the sale of my properties in the future.

I would like to praise Leanne and Jonathon for their team work at high efficiency, that make the sale of my property with peace of mind, especially for interstate owner (me) residing in Sydney. Leanne has previously lived and worked in Sydney and her profound knowledge on the differentiation in system and selling process between NSW and Queensland has help me a lot in going through the process.
