Highly recommend Jonathon and Leanne!

After having little success on the market with our previous Brookwater agent, we went to an open house of Jonathons and loved his calm approach. So we signed up to his agency instead. We loved the partnership between Jonathon and Leanne. Both are friendly, approachable, open and professional! They were patient as they waited for us to finish a renovation and were not pushy. The video they did of our home was amazing and professional and advertising was done promptly. They had a buyer lined up who viewed our property and had signed a contract before our first open house! They were able to achieve the price we wanted and negotiated well! We see them more as mates rather than agents and would never hesitate to use them in the future!
