It was clear from our first conversation that Johnny was enthusiastic about getting the best possible result for the sale of my property. He is an exceptional communicator and regularly called to update me on the progress of the sale. Johnny’s unique marketing strategy was hugely successful and he achieve an excellent sale price above what I had expected. I would 100% recommend Johnny to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

We recently purchased a home for which Jonny was the sellers agent and auctioneer. Throughout the sales campaign we found Jonny fantastic to deal with. He was personable, honest and had strong professional integrity, keeping open lines of communication at all times and going the extra mile to assist with queries. His enthusiasm helped make a really big decision feel less like a transaction, which we really appreciated after a long and exhausting search to find a property. We can tell that he has a real passion for what he does and finds genuine satisfaction in assisting both sellers and buyers get a great outcome. On top of this, he had excellent knowledge of the purchase process and the local area, which we found invaluable in finally deciding on a property. Thank you Jonny for all your assistance we wish you the best in the future.

When I decided to sell my place I asked a friend who had previously been in the real estate industry to recommend someone and that’s how I found Jonny. From the first phone call I knew Jonny was the agent for me. His knowledge and experience combined with his charismatic enthusiasm meant I could cut through the jargon and have honest chats with Jonny without the BS. The sale of my home was quick, easy and with minimum fuss which was perfect, as well as achieving a price which was beyond my expectations. He has a quirky and fresh approach to marketing which works because it’s different from the boring descriptions and sameness of everyone else. Jonny kept in touch constantly every step of the way, and he’s even gone above and beyond to help me find a new home, taking time out of his busy schedule to talk through pros and cons, prices, negotiations and auctions. He just loves his job and is happy to help however he can. I’ve really appreciated his advice and ability to talk me off the ledge at times in this difficult market. Highly recommend.

Jonny is an exceptional real estate professional!! Jonny helped me find my next investment property and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. Despite how hectic the current property market is, Jonny always made time to answer my questions and also made the buying process so effortless and stress-free. He has a fantastic sense of humour and is incredibly down to earth! Thank you Jonny and Mel. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Jonny was brilliant in securing my husband and I an investment property in Canberra, in record time. He kept us fully informed throughout the whole negotiation process and secured a fantastic property for us. As we are interstate, Jonny helped to make the entire process smooth and hassle-free, with regular communication and an honest manner, and he is continuing to be involved by helping us find a tenant. I would highly recommend Jonny and his team to anyone in the Canberra real estate market!

We were deciding whether to or not to put our home on the market, we wanted a real estate agent that new his stuff. After meeting with a couple of agents we were still undecided, then along came Jonny Warren. After sitting down with Jonny we instantly fell in love with this guy. He started off by listening to our story (because every home has a story) then he asked what we were expecting in the sale of our home. Jonny then explained to us what the market was doing, the best way to sell our home which was auction and the marketing. When we finished speaking to Jonny my wife and I felt so confident and relaxed, we decided to be the very first auction for Jonny Warren Real estate. Jonny's knowledge of the market is spot on everything he said he would deliver he did and more. His marketing ideas are unbelievable, the time and effort put into the pictures and video was what I believe greatly contributed to us getting way more than what was expected at auction. During the advertising period there wasn't a day go by where he would call us everyday or just drop in to update us or just to see how we were going. Now that we have sold our home we still remain friends. I just want to finish by saying that Jonny is one of the most enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable gentleman I have met and I know any body that puts themselves in his hands will not regret it.

Jonny was very approachable and went above my expectation to help me buy my forst home. I have already recommended my friends looking for properties to speak to Jonny.

I had put off selling my house for a few years because the idea of everything involved seemed so over whelming. After speaking with Jonny he explained the whole process and made it seem so much less daunting. Not only that he organized everything for me, trades for minor Improvements, a stylist, marketing even put me in touch with people to assist in the purchase of a new home. Jonny then sold my house for a price way above my expectations within a week, I would highly recommended Jonny to anyone who wanted to get the most out of the sale of their property.

My husband and I sold our investment property through Jonny Warren. We were very anxious about selling with the fear of the unknown surrounding the sale price, best marketing methods, organising trades and the vacation of the existing tenant. Jonny not only exceeded our expectations on price however was an absolute delight to deal with in particular calming our nerves and handling the entire process. We loved the clear and regular communication.

He was just as invested as I was to sell my property, which we hit a suburb record with! From the beginning it was ‘our’ approach and how ‘we’ as a team would sell. His years of experience were evident through the process and market insight were an absolute advantage. The number one quality when I picked Jonny though is his genuine ability to connect with people. He is authentic, hungry to sell and you can have some fun along the way! Can not recommend him enough.

I have just purchased my first investment property and Jonny has been fantastic to deal with. He kept me informed on the progress of settlement and went out of his way to make sure any questions I had were answered quickly. Jonny seems very knowledgeable and is very enthusiastic and passionate about what he does which makes it a fun, stress free and easy experience. Jonny has a great sense of humour and I would happily deal with him again in the future. I would also recommend their property management services which have been amazing too. Thanks Jonny and Mel it’s been a blast cheers!!!

Jonny knows the market. He is very good at gauging a buyer's interest and not being pushy. Definitely recommend Jonny for all price brackets of the market. I would definitely use Jonny again should I require an agent.
