Jonzun Lee has recently sold my property in inner city Brisbane. He achieved this sale without any expensive advertising by working through his database of buyers and some general marketing. In addition, there were layers of complexity with the property being tenanted, the sale of a similar property at the rear for a lower price, a very particular buyer as well as a building related issue. Being very dissatisfied with the manner in which another real estate agent was marketing our property we took the property off the market after it was passed in at auction at a price well below our expectations. After reviewing our options we decided on asking Jonzun and Brenden Lee to market our property. Jonzun and Brenden have exceeded all our expectations. From day one we have been more than happy. Everything has been perfect. At first we were hesitant to go with some of their suggestions but we are so glad we did. For example, even though the previous real estate agent had taken photos, Jonzun recommended we have new photos taken and he was right. The new photos were so superior to the other ones and really captured the unique characteristics of the property. The professional touches, such as using a copywriter to write the description of the house for the web, assisted in achieving a very pleasing outcome. Our only regret is that we didn't go to Jonzun in the first place.
