We have owned our Property for over 30 years with Elder’s managing it on our behalf , so we wished them to continue handling the sale. Following our enquiry, they were very efficient in their handling, offering valuation advice, which was exactly the figure achieved, they were patient in dealing with us being ‘foreigners’ offering advice regarding Settlement Agents, from enquiry yo completion in a little over 6 weeks - fantastic! We wished such ease of selling and efficiency was available in the UK
