Professional, Proficient, Personable, Polite....absolutely Perfect!!!

Ok....so I am the buyer in this transaction and was based over 400 kilometers away from the purchase address. This had some logistical issues when needing to view/inspect the property pre-settlement. None the less, Jordain went out of her way to accomodate us. This was no mean feat when you consider the transaction was occurring over the festive season, and all of us are getting pulled in multiple directions with family / work / outside interest committments. Jordain hit every appointment we set in what was a complex prolonged settlement. Nothing was too much for Jordain. Her communication with us was regular and concise, and she was always there to answer any questions we had. When its time for us to downsize, she will be the first person we contact to list our home.
