Jordan has been incredible to deal with on every level. You can tell the minute you meet him that he’s a good guy. He’s gone above and beyond with gaining us access whilst tenants are still there to get measurements, and also is prompt to respond to texts/calls. He’s made the purchasing process a breeze. Thanks Jordan

After having managed my Woolooware unit for the past 4 years without problems, it was a no brainer to ask Laing & Simmons to sell it for me. From the get-go every aspect of the selling process was thoroughly explained to me. And everything happened exactly to plan. After the first open house, 2 interested parties were keen to purchase my unit and 5 days later I had accepted an offer that Jordan had brokered between them. I was informed with the progress every step of the way. I could not be happier.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan for the purchase of a property. His professionalism, calming presence and sense of humour made what can be a stressful experience actually quite enjoyable. Jordan was very approachable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I would expect in an agent to find answers to my questions. He was always easy to contact and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend.

Jordan was incredibly helpful. He took time to show us around the property, the facilities and the access, explaining all aspects of the complex. He was also a font of knowledge, in regards to the property and the entire block. He answered all questions and anything he was not sure about he found out the answers quickly and accurately. He returned calls within minutes and was always available. I would happily recommend him whether you are buying or selling a property.

Jordan made my first property purchase a fantastic experience. His in-depth knowledge of the local area, market trends, and financial aspects was truly impressive. He guided me through the process with ease, and his friendly and approachable nature made every interaction a pleasure. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for this significant milestone in my life.

Communication was amazing as I was in another country while purchasing my unit. He helped make the process less stressful and his knowledge of the building and the area was also very helpful

I totally recommend Jordan as he was a very transparent and professional agent who met my selling target above expectations. Thanks again Jordan for your good work!

Jordan has made the buying process very smooth and easy! He has great knowledge and understanding of the places he's selling and made it less daunting throughout the process of making an offer and exchanging contracts.

We found Jordan Agullo to be a dedicated, communicative, outstanding and highly professional real estate agent who handled the sale of our unit with exceptional market knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he handled communication between all parties with the utmost professionalism and diplomacy. He is a credit to the team at Laing & Simmons and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jordan is a very confident and supportive real estate agent. He worked very hard to sell my property and achieved the best price . He has a genuine caring nature and is a credit to his agency. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jordan to anyone selling their property.

My partner and I just purchased our first property and Jordan was our agent - to say he was amazing would be an understatement. He assisted us from start to finish and was there to answer all of our questions throughout the entire process. Jordan was exceptionally knowledgeable of the complex which made us trust him even more. He made this process so easy and enjoyable!

First home buyer. Jordan was down to earth and very honest. As a FHB Jordan was the perfect agent.
