We came across Jordan many time during the 8 months we were looking for a home. Towards the end he could tell we were becoming discouraged, so at one inspection he invited us to look at a another house he thought would "tick" all our boxed. It did but we had forgotten to mention one box. After we said "no" to the house I think he was more disappointed than we were. A few weeks later he showed us what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier. I think the seller was happy too. At one of the inspections of the house we bought, I asked the then owner what he thought of Jordan. He said he did a great job. I didn't speak to him afterwards, but the bidding went several notches above his reserve price.

His communication was dismal, often taking days to reply or not replying at all. He failed to disclose a major point in the sale and delayed contract exchange by a week. In short he is either incompentent or unprofessional or both.
