Although Jordan is listed as the agent who sold our property we dealt more with Tracy Straw and would rate her higher as we only saw Jordan once during the whole process, and that was by accident. We did not receive the price they felt confident we could, not by a long shot but we were happy with the outcome at the end of the day as the price received was certainly more market related. Felt we were a bit pushed to do the full marketing campaign after being advised we would stand a good chance with the soft sell. Promises of getting a higher price if we went with the full campaign was not realised.
