Jordan was extreemly helpfull in assisting us to establish a price for our unit and handled all the enquiries and inspections. While it did not stay on the market for long we were very happy with the outcome and felt the price achieved was reasonable and reflected the current market. Nothing was to much trouble and Jordan has stayed in contact since the sale to ensure there were no issues throught setlement and beyond.
Jordy approached us after selling our neighbours property. We told him a price what we wanted and he worked extremely hard for us to get what we wanted for our property and nothing was too hard. I think he is a very ‘modern day’ version of a real estate agent. His market knowledge of the surrounding suburb was great. Always well dressed and easy to talk to. On a personal level we found Jordan to be warm friendly comfortable to talk to and smartly attired. Professionally he performed well explaining how he would sell our home and the stages required, plus he followed up with each of the viewers who came to see the house and kept us informed of each step along our journey and we were very happy with his professionalism. Our one criticism was that Jordan overestimated on the selling price by a minimum of $350.000, otherwise our review would have been excellent.
