Smooth transition

Having been personally involved in fifteen property transactions over the last twenty years there has always been some kind of unexpected hurdle or unforeseen aspect of all of those transactions that has delayed, hindered and or stalled the process. With that in mind I've become accustomed to expecting these type of annoying setbacks. However, this latest purchase has been the most incident free transaction that I have experienced to date, thanks to Jorden's professionalism. I can recall Jorden's commenting that ' we had a few hiccups but we got there in the end 'that prompted me to inform him that thanks to his efforts this transition was the easiest I've ever had.
