We dealt with Jordan and found him to be very reliable, easy to communicate with and had all the knowledge we needed to know about the house

As a family who was in desperate need of buying a home Jordan was always in contact with us making sure we had all the information we needed. Thank you for helping us find our home.

Jordan kept us up to date daily on what was happening with the property sale. From the moment we listed our house Jordon was on top of any issues with the home and corrections. Within a week we had buyers and the house sold at a record rate for the Estate. I cannot thank Jordan enough for his hard work and dedication. A Big Thanks you!!!!!

Jordan was very helpful and professional and answered all our questions.

Has the skills and knowledge of property. Very good communication and kept us updated regularly thus keeping our anxiety levels low. Got a quick sale.

I would like to thank Jordan for his dedication to helping us find a new home. After being outbid on our first property, Jordan kept in regular contact to help us find a better property. When we were interested in a property, he showed professionalism and patience as we asked countless questions about all aspects of the property. If we had concerns, he was prompt in finding the answer for us. Thanks again for your help.

I have been dealing with Jordan from initial consideration to sell my property through to sale of the property. Throughout the process Jordan has provided a service that has been above and beyond any expectations I had. He kept me informed about market values, provided me with market updates. He was reliable, professional and courteous at all times. He clearly has excellent knowledge of the real estate market, needs of buyers and sellers alike and provides excellent service.

always returning calls, very professional

Just when had lost hope that we would find a home or be able to ever afford to find a home Jordon came to our rescue and had the perfect gem for us to purchase. We are so grateful for his help.

Jordan managed the sale of the property with enthusiasm and professionalism. I could trust Jordan’s assessment of the market and he worked to deliver a sound result. Jordan negotiated with the tenant for open houses making the whole process as simple as possible for myself. We were so impressed with the Jordan's efforts we were happy to pay a bonus commission. Thank you!!!

As I had listed this property for sale with a different agent in the past and it hadn't sold, I wasn't very hopeful this time around. I decided to list with Griffith Real Estate and Jordan surpassed my expectations. He was proactive and had prospective buyers looking through the property within days. In fact, the property was sold without any advertising done or even technically "hitting the market" To say I was surprised and delighted is an understatement. Jordan kept me up to date with regular phone contact and I am very happy with the quality of service I received.

I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone wanting to put their house on the market he is a true professional in his line of work and made the process very clear and stress free . If I was to sell again in the future I’d call Jordan straight away .
