Jordan Bavaresco
Jordan is so good at what he does. He is definitely in the right profession. He approached us to tell me he was engaged by a neighbour to sell their home. Then a few weeks later he called to say it was sold and offered to do an obligation free appraisal. At that time we weren't interested in selling but he had planted the thought. At no stage did I think he was being pushy. We had a casual conversation each time and unlike lots of salespeople I didn't get off the phone cursing that he wasted my time. At the same time we had been getting professional financial advice and it turned out that the best thing for us was to sell our house. I reached out to Jordan and had an initial meeting in the office. He was very open and honest, explained how he does business and what sets him apart from others in the game. I arranged to show him through our home but the real test came when my partner joined the discussions with Jordan - she is an excellent judge of character. We both met Jordan and he provided a price guide specific to the house and explained why. It wasn't based on gut feeling it was a well researched proposal. My partner instantly liked his approach and demeanor, as I did, and we were off and running. Our house sold for an amount that was at the very top of the price guide that we all agreed to. Jordan went above and beyond and even negotiated selling some of our furniture to the purchaser :) Jordan's personality, professionalism and communication skills are exceptional and he will pivot to get the best result for the vendor as the circumstances did change a few times during our sales campaign. He took bereavement leave for 2 weeks and recruited Luke Santolin to keep the momentum going too. We are predicting that Jordan will be Griffith's No.1 sales agent in just a few years as he is genuine, not pushy in any way and does understand the needs of both vendor and purchaser. Just to clarify we had not met Jordan before and are not related at all. Matt & Leonie
