As a first time purchaser, I was nervous and didn't have a great deal of knowledge on the process. Jordan obviously represented the Vendor, but was appropriately transparent and forthcoming with his communications to me and I felt reassured every step of the way. It was a very painless process and I understood what was required of me throughout the whole journey in order to close the sale. We were very impressed with Jordan. We felt we were in good hands from the outset. He gave us a good idea of what we were to expect every step of the way and possessed a great knowledge of the industry. Agents can sometimes seems a little smarmy or cut throat. Not Jordan. The property we were selling was in St Leonards - a market dominated by McGraths Crows Nest. I sat down with some agents from McGraths but got the impression they were just going through the spiel and saw me and my wife as another listing they were almost entitled too. Jordan was a lot more warm and personal and demonstrated more of a hunger for the listing but without a sense of desperation. I'm glad we took the risk of going with Jordan over an agency like McGrath who dominate the area. We got close to the sale figure we were after in a fairly tough market. Our instincts proved correct.

Jordan was professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Most importantly however, he was patient with us throughout the process and ensured that we fully understood the key steps and points - this was especially helpful given we were first property buyers. We highly recommend Jordan to any potential buyers or sellers because he takes the time to both get to know the parties involved and also share his industry insights.

As a buyer of the property, it's hard to me to evaluate the price expectations of the seller, but I would say that Jordan turned to be very persuasive with me. He stayed with me, 'helping me to get the property' (which is indeed a great one); and this all was done amidst the raging quarantine/closures (around May), and great market uncertainty. I would guess that this dedication not just persuaded me, but also left the property seller quite happy with the results. Also, on the personal and communication side, it was a pleasure to deal with Jordan.

Great customer service. Whilst property sold at auction for far less than estimated and expected, I have some sympathy for the sales agents, given present market conditions, having said that he did secure the sale at auction.
