As interstate clients, Jordan understood our circumstances and maintained a trusted relationship in providing regular feedback and contact well before we were in a position to sell our family home. His honest, clear and respectful approach gained our confidence even though we had never met, and when our moment arrived to go to the market we received advice and support from his team and associates that enabled a smooth and professional experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jordan and Belle to anyone. **The answer to Q5 should be zero as Belle was the only agent we dealt with, and we did not seek any additional agent appraisals before we selected Belle.**
