We have known Jordan for quite some time and he has helped us buy and sell property in the Kingscliff/Casuarina area on a number of occasions. Jordan and the Witheriff Group stand head and shoulders above their competition - they offer sound advice and are in no way pushy to get the listing. They really do care about forming long-term relationships with their clients. Jordan is level-headed and extremely knowledgeable about the market in which he operates. In our latest dealings with Jordan, he provided invaluable advice on how and when to market our property in order to receive the best outcome - and whilst this was hard to hear at the time as it meant holding off marketing our property for some months - it was sound advice. Jordan deserves all the success he has achieved - he’s decent and honest - just a top bloke!

Jordan provided exceptional service, he kept us up to date with marketing, enquiries and all aspects of the sale. We were very impressed with Jordan's communication skills and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell. He achieved the result we were hoping for, thanks!

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan Brown who during the sale of our house maintained the highest level of professionalism whilst also being friendly and making us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire selling process. This top level of service continued with the purchase of the next property which was listed with another office. Jordan continued to offer support and advice and helped us get into the perfect home for our growing family.

Jordy is a warm and genuine real estate agent who truly cares about helping clients sell their home. With an honest, transparent approach, he takes the time to listen to your needs and provides clear, thoughtful guidance throughout the entire selling and buying process. His dedication, integrity, and passion for real estate make him a trusted partner for anyone looking to make informed, confident decisions in the market. He helped us with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home, and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Jordy!

As a seller ( and a previous buyer) I felt Jordy listened and understood our plans for sale. He executed a great marketing campaign in a softening market and achieved the result we were after. A great communicator, definitely recommended. Thanks Jordy

I had no hesitation in listing with Jordy and Nick as they are the Kingscliff market leaders in my opinion…. communication was excellent throughout the process and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jordan was committed to the sale of my house, working hard to secure the sale within the first month. He has continued to be very helpful in the settlement period on negotiations with the vendor and solicitors. I would be happy to recommend him.

The sale of our property was never going to straight forward or easy - there were a lot of challenges involved. Whilst many of the other agents we spoke to were put off by these challenges, Jordan was full of enthusiasm, positivity and ideas from the start. He positioned the campaign well, maintained the momentum and ended up achieving a sales result that many of the other agents said would not be possible. We could not fault his efforts, were very happy with the outcome and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Jordan - you are amazing at what you do and it was a pleasure working with you.

We cannot speak highly enough of Jordy and the incredible job he did in selling our home! From the very first meeting, Jordy impressed us with his professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for helping us achieve the best possible result. Throughout the process, Jordy was communicative, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile. He kept us informed every step of the way, offering expert advice on preparing our home for sale, crafting a brilliant marketing campaign, and navigating the negotiations with skill and confidence. Thanks to Jordy’s expertise and hard work, our home sold much quicker than we expected and for a price that exceeded our expectations. It was clear that he truly cared about us and our goals, and he made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and even enjoyable! If you’re looking for an agent who is passionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to his clients, Jordy is the one to call. We’re beyond grateful and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

Jordan achieved a great outcome for us. He was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and gave excellent advice on preparing our property for sale. He negotiated an unconditional contract with a price in line with our expectations. We highly recommend this agent.

Jordan was the most amazing person I have ever had the pleasure of buying a house from. Jordan and his trusty No 2 Bella went above and beyond to secure this wonderful place for me. I can't believe how easy the process was from start to finish. Communication was regular, and he was always available for my random questions. I would recommend Jordan and Bella if you are looking to buy your dream home in this wonderful area

Jordy made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be. He is trustworthy and of good character. I cannot speak highly enough of his service.
