Jordan, working in partnership with Michael Parmenter, had me signed up and on the market very quickly. I had to cancel the first open home due to a family illness - Jordan was at the open to greet visitors & inform them. He also brought in my bins. He quickly arranged a private viewing from his data base soon after I dealt with my family crisis & negotiated a sale. The SOLD sticker went up in about 1 week. Jordan also spoke with the buyers at my request, about extended settlement and a couple of other items. No problem and quick responses. He is a very obliging and polite young man.
