Jordan knew the current Brisbane unit market well, gave continuous updates on progress with getting people through the property for inspections and found a buyer who was willing to offer a reasonable price for the property in question. The only one point which could be mentioned for further improvement was the enthusiasm to drop the asking price after only a short time of advertising at that price. I believe it is important to let each asking price run for an adequate amount of time to avoid missed opportunities. It must be stressed that with the real estate industry there is a natural implication that potential buyers will offer lower prices than the asking price in general and if too many price drops happen, thousands of dollars of potential gains can be lost.

Jordan and the team at Clark Real Estate managed to get us 20k more than we thought the house was worth and it would have been 40k but the house was in need of some major repair that was exposed during the building report. We would give more stars for communication and negotiation but 5 is the maximum.
