Jordan was exceptional from start to finish in helping us purchase our home in Oxley. After more than six months of searching and dealing with over 20 agents, Jordan was a breath of fresh air—genuine, proactive, and actually invested in helping us succeed. He took the time to understand our situation, explained the auction process clearly, stayed in regular contact, and connected us with the right people to secure pre-approval just in time for auction. Once we won, his support didn’t stop. He met us at the property whenever needed and even helped us unload our ute in the pouring rain while waiting for settlement confirmation. After settlement, we discovered the previous owners had left a large amount of junk. Despite this being well outside his role, Jordan organised a ute, returned a few days later, and took it all to the dump for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
