After many months, and many heartbreaks as a first time buyer, I can confidently say that Jordan was attentive, polite and helpful. Probably more importantly for prospective sellers reading this, I can also say he was a bit like a bloodhound towards the end... wouldn't have shocked me if this man doesn't sleep until he's closed a deal.
