Jordan sold our flat for us and our entire experience with him was excellent. Our flat is quite small and has no parking - so on paper wouldn't fetch a great price - but he and Jay King understood what was special about it and what would make someone fall in love with it, and they did an amazing job communicating that to prospective buyers.
