Jordan is a hardworking, energetic and conscientious agent. Very sound communicator. He was honest in his appraisal of the real value of the property, and had great knowledge of the local market (Port Lincoln). On the other hand he was willing to push for the value that the property owed us, where other agents contacted were willing to undersell at a lower appraised price to get a quick turnover. I was very impressed with Jordans energetic tenacity, especially after we had set backs due to financial tightness of the banks to give loans following the royal commission, caused promising contracts to fail. Jordan was also very mindful and aware of the need to present the home for sale, and had good advice to offer in this area. All in all very satisfied with Jordans fresh, energetic and professional approach to the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jordan as an honest, professional, energetic agent.

We found Jordan to be a great agent, especially towards the end of settlement. At the time of settlement we were traveling Europe. Our Mortgage broker decided at that time that he would stop communicating with our conveyancer and vice versa, neither of which were communicating with us or our bank. I decided to get in contact with Jordan and he ended up organising everything for us as a go between with the conveyancer and our bank. None of this was made easy by the fact that we didn’t have access to very good wifi and our travel sims weren’t working to make phone calls. With out him settlement may not have happened. Jordan has excelled in bringing this transaction to a positive conclusion . It was a difficult procedure with lots of delays . Some my fault and others because of factors beyond my control . These problems made it difficult for Jordan but he was right on top of it and had it under control all the way and to the satisfaction of both parties. i will definitely use him again

We approached Jordan regarding a block of land that we were interested in purchasing. His knowledge and communication skills made this particular purchase very attractive to go ahead with. He was very easy to get hold of and I was very impressed with his negotiation skills while managing the deal. We appreciated Jordan's prompt communication skills. Unfortunately Kylie's poor management of the Strata title meant there were serious issues with the sale of the unit. In particular her decision about the repair of the upstairs decking and her inefficient financial management of the Strata led to serious problems that put the sale at risk and it would meant that we would be unlikely to do have any dealings with Lawson real estate. My conveyancer was surprised at the financial mess of the Strata account. My advice to Jordan would be to find a better mentor and different company.

Jordan kept me well informed on what was happening in the Port Lincoln Realestate market while I was selling my property. I was overseas when the house went under contract and left pretty much everything up to Jordan. I purchased the property through Lawson Realestate originally and have used them for everything over the past six years.
