I met Jordan a number of years ago at an open home and mentioned that I owned another Dee Why property. Jordan stayed in touch over the years, even being a sounding board and checked paper-values of 2 other purchases in Blackwater QLD and Cremorne NSW. Arriving from the UK I found the property market on the Northern Beaches, very different, and pretty daunting. I very quickly became disheartened, and then I met Jordan from Novak. He has a quieter approach than a lot of the agents I had met previously, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Although employed to work for the Vendor, his level of service to me, a prospective Purchaser could not be faulted. Would I wish to sell the property I have just bought in the future? Very possibly.
