Jordan took over our sale under difficult circumstances so I will put all previous dealings aside to be fair. I was disappointed with communication at times. Personalised Reports were often late with little to no explanation. Security at our vacant home was ignored, we found the back of the house not only unlocked but wide open. We found our dealings with Ray White Bendigo unsatisfactory over all. The value placed on our property was not reached, we settled for $300,000 less. Jordan certainly talks the talk, but on our property he didn't walk the walk..... In saying that, he presented very well and was well mannered, respectful and friendly during all of our phone conversations.

The Market slumped, interest rates rose and a time line due to a disgusting CGT (deceased estate). We decided to try an auction. With an election looming buyer panic sets in. Jordan held his ground and plugged away the whole time. Setting a high Target Price is a terrible idea, it puts pressure on buyers and agents. Look at the land value and location and be realistic about the structure's. The problem I have with agents is the willingness to bounce offers the communication must be precise and paper trail is most likely complex. Jordan communicated well even when multitasking other new listings in a short time. People need to understand being rushed into a sale is bad. This government cash grab on deceased estates, if you don't sell in under two years need to be max shamed and whoever was involved in the legislation aware the added grief they caused me was horrific. I liken it to the act of desecrating someone's grave. As we got closer to the deadline I nearly sacked Jordan at the mention of a 1 third reduction from the initial estimate value. We met halfway in the reduction and got some low ball offers and took it basically at land value. Personally I would have stayed at that price but the complications of the CGT forced the decision to sell. It's 2 years since my precious mother passed today. The sale was finalised 2 days ago and I got no deposit to help with the move. Talk about cutting it fine in the gauntlet of life, I had about 2 dollars left on my credit card and 10 in the savings. I'm now homeless if it wasn't for some exceptional Christian friends and family, it would have been a nightmare move. When I visit mums grave near my older brother and grandma I will let them know I got the job done and Jordan Gardner helped me when I was about to give up. Mum said to me to look for a go getter if I need to get an agent, I saw that in Jordan and trusted Ray White cause of longevity. Thanks to all who helped in this ordeal.
