Jordan sold the 'unsellable' with all kinds of crazy hurdles in his way, he never gave up and we got an outcome.

Jordan was quite professional however I felt he could improve in his communication to purchaser as there were many delays. More up front as after purchase I found serious structural faults due to half finished renovations which I would be suprised if he did not know about. His writing was not the best example I had ever seen and he put the wrong suburb on O&A delaying settlement. This did not affect me negatively, it was actually in my favor so not a complaint. Jordan took over handling the sale of the above property in difficult circumstances. The property was tenanted at the time and the occupant was less than co operative in enabling the normal process of marketing a property. Throughout this time Jordan did not lose heart and I was always kept up to date with what was happening. Once the tenant had vacated Jordan vigorously undertook to bring the property to a presentable state to attract the market. Auctioning the property in such a difficult market was a bold initiative and led to a sale.
