We can not rate Jordan high enough. We found him very easy to deal with, on the ball and nothing was too much trouble. He dealt with us at every step of the sale, not passing us off to his assistants. Putting our house on the market just a few weeks before the Covid 19 virus appeared we sure didn't know the roller coaster ride we were in for! Using a clever strategy, Jordan had a cash contract for us in 5 short days which we were wrapped with. Then along came Corona and our contract crashed!! It was hard to see how anyone was going to buy our property with all of this going on. No open homes, no live auctions and lots of doom and gloom.
